Villa Zamorano has a BRAND-NEW IMAGE

Maya Selva Cigars is officially launching this September at Intertabac 2024, the newest branding evolution of VILLA ZAMORANO and VZ RESERVA cigars.

Since 2001, the Villa Zamorano factory was located in a historic colonial home in downtown Danlí. Visitors were welcomed by the scents of fresh roasted coffee beans and tobacco. This was a joyful time full of challenges and accomplishments. At the beginning of this year, however, the factory moved to a brand-new home, a sleek modern building on Danlí’s

Tobacco Road. The project started in 2019 and in January 2024, we finally saw our vision come to reality as we began hand-rolling the cigars of the VZ brand at Fábrica de Puros MSC.

The team has enthusiastically embraced this new home with a new look. The new branding is complete with an updated logo, cigar rings and packaging. Our new look is a reflection of our new home, where friends, buyers, and visitors are still welcomed by the smell of fresh roasted coffee beans.

VILLA ZAMORANO

This brand is the perfect response to one simple question: what is a good cigar? We launched in 2002 a long-filler, hand-rolled cigar with an optimized fermentation process that could compete with an incredible market price. And so, Villa Zamorano was born. Highly-awarded cigars that are available in more than 20 countries worldwide. The VZ Robusto is one of the favorites of French and German aficionados.

VZ RESERVA

In 2015 an outstanding wrapper from the Jamastrán valley made us move closer to our search for a flavorful and bold cigar adding to the recipe a special fermentation. In 2016 the Reserva line was introduced. A powerful blend with great tobacco packed in a practical cabinet. Awarded Best Value- Honduras in 2019 and Best Boutique Brand-Honduras in 2023.

The evolution of these two collections comes also as a culmination to the global success of the brand. Expanding markets across Europe, the Americas and Asia, have made the brand a favorite among aficionados.
