Cigar of the Year 2019 – Las Vegas

Tobacco Business Awards granted its prestigious Cigar of the Year award to Maya Selva Cigars’ Flor de Selva Colección Maduro. The ceremony was held in Las Vegas as part of the 2019 Tobacco Plus Expo (TPE). Maya Selva accepted thanking all of the friends and aficionados who voted in the many different countries where the three brands - Flor de Selva, Cumpay and Villa Zamorano – are so highly appreciated. She gave special thanks to the people of Honduras who feel tremendous pride for these cigars which have given such prestige to the country over the past 25 years.“This award belongs to everyone who voted for us, and is dedicated to everyone in the Departmento of El Paraíso who works with dedication in the noble artisanry of rolling tobacco leaves.”
